According to Yahoo news Remy ma is being sued for the shooting of a friend. "Rapper Remy Ma "willfully, wantonly and maliciously" shot and critically wounded an acquaintance, a $10 million civil lawsuit filed against her claimed on Friday.
The suit is the latest legal problem for the Grammy-nominated rapper, who also faces criminal charges and up to 25 years in prison for shooting acquaintance Makeda Barnes-Joseph twice in the abdomen after leaving a New York nightclub in July. Barnes Joseph has named Remy Ma's record label in the suit, also. She says that Remy Ma was encouraged, by her record label, to live a violent life. She is suing for mental anguish and pain and suffering.
In related news Remy Ma was in court asking that she be allowed to go on a 5 country tour. The judge denied her request! It's getting worse for Remy Ma!

What The Hell?

Apparently, I missed the invitation to the "Norwood Winter White Christmas" party. I am so glad that I did! Look at the calamity that went on at that party! Omarosa, Vivica Fox, and comedian Lunell came out and looked quite the fool! Note to readers: Who in the hell is Norwood anyway? Some people will go to any party! LOL

Injustice!

Why is it that a white man can kill his wife and cut her body up and lie and say she left me, and receive a second degree conviction? I normally don't entertain these sort of things but it's just not fair! A white woman and a black person have no value! A white person kills a white man and he receives a life sentence. A white person kills a black person and it's manslaughter. A black person kills a white person (man or woman) and he is a serial killer or a monster or a menace. I am talking about Stephen Grant from Michigan. He killed his wife, Tara, cut up her body and made a missing person's report. He hurt her family, their two children, and a community that came out to help search for her. Injustice!

Another Drunk Driver!

Rapper Pitbull, Armondo Perez, was caught driving while intoxicated, this morning in Miami. Let's get this straight people, you have enough money, hire a damn driver! What kind of career will you have if you get behind the wheel and kill someone? Get it together, people!

According to Mediatakeout.com, Steve Harvey and his ex-wife are close to a monetary settlement. Mr. Harvey is said to be caving in to keep his image intact. Whatever, the case, he is allegedly worth $20 million dollars and is offering her $10 million. Ya'll know that if he is offering $10 million, he is worth $60 million. Image scrimmage, he is not gonna part with that much money!

Rickey Smiley Got Treated Like Lil Darryl!

According to Bossip.com:
Comedian Rickey Smiley was ordered to pay $233,000 in a child support settlement for the daughter of a former friend. Smiley and Rebecca Nalls, a friend, arranged an agreement in 1998 to give her daughter his last name for legal benefits. Nalls, who formerly worked for an attorney, presented legal papers to Smiley. He willingly signed them without a lawyer’s consent.

Five years later, Nalls demanded that Smiley give the child up for adoption to her biological father so that the child can receive Social Security benefits. When Smiley refused, Nalls went to court to order child support.

Smiley appeared in court to terminate his rights but the judge refused stating “both Smiley and Nalls actions in 1998 were fraudulent”. Smiley is seeking to have the order terminated.

I'm sorry, I'm still laughing at this! Note to people: Stop playing with the child support people! Stop trying to get over! People are always doing illegal shyt and getting caught up in some mess! LOl

"Growing Pains" premiere

Mary J. Blige celebrated her album release, last night. Patty Labelle and Mary J. told P.E.T.A. where they can go! They showed up wearing more fur than a Siberian Husky. They look like they dare those zealots to pour red paint on them! LOL

A Warrant Is Out For R. Kelly!

Apparently, R. Kelly is in trouble, again! An arrest warrant has been issued for not showing up in court today. Kelly's tour bus was delayed in Utah and he missed his court date. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Cook County prosecutors pressed the judge, noting he had already shown considerable leeway in letting Kelly travel outside Illinois. "This is just an abuse of the process. It's disrespectful of your honor," said Assistant State's Attorney Shauna Bolicker. It is about time somebody got serious with him! R. Kelly has also been unlucky with his tour. The "Double Up" tour has been playing to only 40% filled stadiums. Should have kept Ne-Yo! His album sales are also reportedly the slowest ever! Are people finally waking up?

That's What She Thinks!

Kelly Rowland spilled the beans on a possible "Destiny Child" reunion. Kelly Said, "This current spate of reunions has given us ideas. Despite what people say we are all still really close. A couple of weeks ago Beyonce did a show in Los Angeles and asked me and Michelle to join her on stage to sing 'Survivor'. The emotion was incredible and it felt so good to be back up there with the girls again. It was a real tear-jerker. The fans were crying and going nuts. It was magical. I'd definitely like us to do more stuff like that." Codeword: Help me Beyonce! I can't do it all alone!
