Christina Aguilera and her husband, welcomed their first child into the world Friday. Mark Malkin reports that Xtina has given birth as well. We're told it's a bouncing baby boy! Congrats! Cedars Sinai was on jam with babies today!

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are the proud parents of a baby girl. Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz. Baby and mother are fine and resting.

Marion Jones Gets Jailtime!

Marion Jones was sentenced today to 6 months in jail for lying about her steroid use. The judge sentenced Jones despite her plea that he not separate her from her children, "even for a short period of time." "I ask you to be as merciful as a human being can be," she said. She actually got off easy! Considering the money laundering charges against her. Judge Karas hinted that he was focused on incarceration when he asked the lawyers to advise him about whether he could go beyond the six-month maximum that was suggested in her plea deal. He also wanted to know whether he could sentence Jones separately for the steroids and check fraud convictions. Both sides advised against it. He had it in for her. I'll keep her in my prayers!

Yayo Cleared?

Tony Yayo has been fighting charges of assault against a 14 year old. In New York Criminal Court Thursday, the D.A. revealed that Lawell Fletcher told detectives back in August that he had assaulted the victim, and that Yayo (real name: Marvin Bernard) actually tried to restrain him from doing so, which would seem to clear G-Unit Co-Founder of assault charges. Tony's lawyer, Scott Leemon, told TMZ, "I'm glad that after a year, evidence is finally emerging that could prove that Tony Yayo is not guilty." The rapper is due back in court in a week, with his trial scheduled to begin March 31. Tony Yayo rejected a plea that would have given him 9 months in jail. Good thing he did!

The coroner released the findings in the death of Donda West. Basically, under all the legal jargon, she died from a heart attack. The findings show that she suffered from heart disease. The findings do NOT support any misadventures from the surgeries. Maybe she can rest in peace, now.

An ESPN Golf analyst named Kelly Tilghman, did the unthinkable. While discussing the new up-and-coming golfers, she said, "the new players should take Tiger Woods in a back alley and lynch him!" She claims that she apologized and meant no harm. Tiger says he felt no malice and her statement didn't bother him. Stop the press! That is why people should have called him on that Cablonasian shit! If you won't identify yourself as an African American, of course, what she said won't bother you! I don't know if I am more upset with Tiger or her! How can you NOT take offense to what she said? The word "lynch" is very synonymous with slavery and racism. How can you not be offended? Oh, that's right, I forgot you're Asian! Note to Tiger: F___K You! Update: Kelly Tilghman has been suspended for 2 weeks! ESPN had said that they were not going to discipline her, thanks to Tiger, no doubt! The uproar caused them to suspend her for 2 weeks. Wake up people, Jewish people would have had her ass!

Remy Is Sued!

Rapper Remy Ma has been sued by her alleged shooting victim. Makeda Barnes is suing for $80 million dollars. Universal Music Group and Sure Shot Recordings are are also named in the suit for helping cultivate Remy’s image. Now, I understand the lawsuit. I, also, understand that when suing, you aim high. She needs to understand that she may see $80,000. Remy couldn't pay a million dollar judgement, if she tried! Good luck with that, Ms. Barnes!

End Of The Road!

Fantasia has finished her tour of duty on the Broadway version of "The Color Purple". I'm sure she is happy to end her portrayal. She has said it was very difficult to be called "ugly" everyday. Perhaps that is why she missed 50 performances! Something tells me that she has been called worse! LOL

I'm So Embarrassed!

I am a confessed reality show junky! I stumbled across a show that embarrassed the hell out of me! It's called "Bad Girls Club" on Oxygen on Tuesday nights. Sorta like The Real World with all girls. This chick Tanisha (from Brooklyn, yo!) acted a damn fool! She hollered and cursed constantly. Her favorite line was "Pop Off!" Whatever that shit means! She prodded this innocent girl for no reason, all night! Finally, at 2:30 a.m. the girl (Cordelia) called her bluff! She got up and did more hollering! She never hit the girl, though! That's not Brooklyn, son! If you are gonna talk all that trash, please smack somebody! Tanisha is all talk, son! Yeah, I'm "Popping Off!" What? I'm sorry, I digressed! Anyhoo, I was embarrassed! She should be ashamed of herself! Seriously!

Retraction!

Okay, I posted a statement from Mariah Carey about J-Lo. In the statement, she (allegedly) called Jennifer Lopez a pig. Mariah is now saying that she never made that statement. She says that it was a "stupid internet rumor". Whatever! If you said it, own it! She can't hold a candle to your singing. Maybe she's feeling superstitious. You really shouldn't talk about pregnant people.

A man went into a Grand Rapids Meijer store. He tried to steal hunting knives, by putting them into his pants. LOL "The man had put about $300 worth of hunting knives in his waistband, police told WZZM-TV. Police say he tried to leave the store, but Meijer employees confronted him and a scuffle followed.

The man then fell and was stabbed by the knives he had hidden in his clothing, police said. They said it happened about 5:40 p.m.

"The man was taken to the hospital," said Meijer spokesman Frank Giuliano. "We are cooperating with the investigation by police."

Police said the suspect has a record of retail fraud"

Note to self: When stealing hunting knives, do NOT put in my pants! LOL

Marshall Mathers Health Scare?

TMZ.com is reporting that, over the holidays, Eminem was rushed to a Detroit area hospital. Sources tell TMZ that Eminem's weight has ballooned to over 200 lbs. Representatives for Eminem told TMZ, "Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, pka Eminem, was under doctor's care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home." Our prayers are with you Em! That pneumonia ain't no joke! Take it easy!

Ordinarily, I Don't Do This...

Ordinarily, I don't blog about these things but, I feel compelled. Jerry Seinfeld and his wife Jessica are being sued for copyright infringement and defamation of character. Jessica Seinfeld came out with a book called "Deceptively Delicious". The book had recipes that incorporated vegetables in them. Like broccoli brownies etc. Anyhoo, Missy Chase Lapine wrote a book with the same recipes, that came out months before Jessica's book. Missy is suing based on plagiarism. Missy is also suing Jerry for calling her a "wacko" on David Letterman's show. I blogged about this because I feel that Jerry Seinfeld tried to discredit the woman and use his fame to sway popular opinion. I saw Mrs. Chase Lapine earlier in the year, on television, pushing her book. I remember thinking that the book seemed stupid but, to each his own. Imagine my surprise, when I see Jessica Seinfeld pushing a book with the same premise. I hope Mrs. Chase Lapine gets all the money she asks for. Let this be a lesson to all celebrities! Money can't buy or get you out of everything! Besides, I like sticking it to Jerry Seinfeld, every chance I get! LOL

When police arrived they found an ear boiling on the stove and flesh on a plate with a fork in it. Texas authorities said, "We cannot prove that he did,” Smith County Sheriff J.B. Smith said Sunday. “He was either going to, had been or led us to think that he was doing it.” I can't believe we have a black Jeffrey Dahmer! McCuin also stabbed the girlfriends lover, who remains in intensive care.

Vick Back In 2009?

Yahoo sports is reporting that Michael Vick opted to join a Drug Intervention Camp and because of this program he may be released at the end of this year. This would make his sentence 12 months. Remember, he entered prison early, so that would shorten his time even more. That boy knew what he was doing! If the NFL doesn't extend his suspension, he could be back in the league by 2009. Go Vick!

Wesley Snipes' attorney's are petitioning the courts, for the third time, trying to move his tax evasion trial out of Ocala, Florida. They are still saying that he would not receive a fair trial because of racism. News Flash! Wesley Snipes has said some awful things about African American women. He doesn't even date them, anymore. He had better hope he gets ALL African American men on his jury. He might even do better with an all white jury. Ya'll know they love them kind! Look at how they treat O.J.! Personally, I hope he does a little time. I am so unimpressed with African Americans who swear off dating African Americans, yet, cry racism all the damn time! i.e. Michael Jackson, O.J., Terrance Howard, Wesley Snipes etc.

They say that the two tied the knot at Giorgio Armani’s home in a secret, intimate affair last month.
