Yikes!!! That Damn Mole!!!

R. Kelly's whole defense rested on a mole. Well, yesterday, an FBI video analyst testified that it would take "44 years, working 24/7 and 365 days a year to alter the video tape." He also showed the courtroom that if you slow down the video the "mole" is visible for half a second. What's next? I'm sure the Pied Piper wanted to cry! Sadly, they cannot bring up the fact that he has been sued, for similar things, on more than one occasion. Remember Aaliyah?

You Need More People!

Usher has been trying too hard! He's supposed to be promoting his album but, he seems to be clearing his wifes name, instead. He insists that she is not the reason he "retired" his mother. He also says, "I married my wife to do the right thing, by raising our child together!" Whatev! I must say that I love his new album!

Sidenote: I do feel that his mother should have stepped down, long ago. I read and heard the way he talks to her and it is very disrespectful. I think he forgot she was his mother! Hopefully, this will better their relationship.

It's Hot In There!!!!

A fire broke out at the home of 50 Cent. The house was inhabited by his son and ex-girlfriend, Shaniqua. According to TMZ.com:

The fire broke out at the six bedroom, five bath house in Dix Hills, NY around 5:00 AM. Six people, including the rapper's ex Shaniqua Tompkins and their 10-year-old son Marquise, were in the house. They were all transported to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.The Chief of the Dix Hills Fire Department tells TMZ that dogs are currently searching the burned out rubble, as the intensity of the fire made it highly suspect. The Chief says they're searching for what substance could have possibly been used as an igniter.The house has been the subject of a bitter dispute between Fiddy, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and Tompkins. The rapper reportedly bought the home -- one of the biggest cribs in the area -- for a cool $1.4 mil in January 2007. Last month he tried to evict Tompkins and Marquise from the house, demanding she pay him $4,500 a month in rent.

The fire department says the fire is suspicious but, 50 Cent is not a suspect!

Congrats are in order! I hear that Chris Webber and his longtime girlfriend Erica Dates have married! Anytime I hear that someone has made a commitment, I am very elated! Just too bad that he never made that commitment with Tyra Banks! I'm just sayin.....

Foreclosed!

Adam "Pacman" Jones has had his Nashville home foreclosed on. Pacman has not played football, which is his primary source of income, in 18 months. Let the man go! Either fire him or put him on the field! Note to Adam: Straighten up! This is a job and it should be treated accordingly! Let your hood friends go and grow up! Bombshell!!!!

Today, a witness is scheduled to testify that she had a 3-some with R. Kelly and the young lady in the video. She will also tell that the girl was underage at the time of their tryst and the video! The young lady now resides in Georgia and is the key to jailtime for R. Kelly. She is risking her own imprisonment because she, too, can be charged. The Defense team tried to get her testimony thrown out but, the judge allowed her in. This trial is getting juicy! She will also confirm that R. Kelly is the dude in the video. His lawyers tried the old "mole" defense. They said that he has a mole on his back that isn't visible on the tape. Note to Defense lawyers: Nice try! My friend has a mole on her face that wasn't there 3 years ago! She had it tattooed! Try again! Note to readers: It has come to my attention that some people are angry with me. They are saying that I should cut R. kelly some slack! To those people I say, "Shut the F&^ up!" If your 13 year old daughter had sex with a grown ass man and was videotaped you'd be livid. Out for blood! The fact that he can write a song, does not give him a pass to sleep with little girls! These atrocities were visited upon this girl at an early age. Who knows! She may be full-fledge prostituting , by now! Watch ya babies!!!!

Update: The judge adjourned the trial, early today. The Defense has a witness that they may use to impeach the young lady testifying, today. Let's see how this unfolds.....

R.I.P.

My prayers go out to Xhibit for the loss of his newborn son. He had this to say about losing a child:

"As you all know, I shared with you the announcement of my newborn son, Xavier Kingston Joiner, on May 15th and also informed you that he was born prematurely. Well, this week was extremely difficult for him because his lungs were not strong enough to handle regular oxygen on his own.
Xavier passed away this morning at 3:30 a.m. and I must tell you this; it is unnatural for a parent to bury a child. I am telling you this because of the same reason I tell you when I’m having a great time — life is too short to be fake. Hold on to your kids if you have them, protect them, and show them you love them every day you wake up and see them, don’t take a second you get to hug them, teach them, and care for them for granted. You can have all the material wealth in the world, but it is NOTHING compared to having your family.
I am thankful for all of my blessings and I’m not one to question God’s perfect plan, so I leave you with great love and thanks for all the love that was sent earlier on my previous blog to my son. Of course, I need to take some time and handle my loss. STAY FOCUSED PEOPLE. It’s not promised to any of us.”

I have so much respect for this man! I always have! I'm sending prayers and my love.
