Why so many arrests in hip-hop? The latest was Method-Man! He was pulled over for driving a Navigator with expired plates. What? When the officer approached the car he smelled marijuana. What, What? He searched the car and found blunts in the ashtray and 3 ounces of marijuana. I'm not surprised he had the weed, I can't figure out why he was smoking IN the car WITH expired tags!
