Is Mel B's new hubby the child of Harry Belafonte? Many news outlets (by news outlets I mean blogs) say that he is the son of Harry Belafonte. The marriage license posted on TMZ.com lists Kenneth Brian Belafonte as the grooms father. Who the hell is he? Harry Belafonte's birth name is Harold George Belafonte Jr. What's the truth? I'll keep searching....

Mabye Kenneth Brian is Harry's brother. There definitely seems to be a family resemblance. Of course, there are a lot of unrelated people who resemble celebrities.
But the resemblance and the name makes me think there is some of "the" Belafonte's DNA in Stephen.
This reminds me of that guy who claimed to be Sydney Portier's son and so he could con a bunch of white folks and ingratiate himself into their lives.
The play and movie "Six Degrees of Separation" were about him. I don't know if it was a true story, but it was an interesting one.
Ya know Wordswork, you say some interesting things. I don't really think he looks like Harry! The blue eyes are probably from his mother. He appears to bi-racial. I did find out she had him sign a pre-nup. Viva la Scary!
