Wrong! Wrong! Just Wrong!

Atlantic Recoeds signed KeKe Palmer to a recording contract in 2006. The 14 year old and her mother feel that the label wants her to be the next Lil Kim. Palmer says they have constantly talked to her about singing songs with inappropriate content. Each time she refused! KeKe and her mother tried to hire management to help them but Atlantic is blocking it. When KeKe and her mother went to Babyface Edmonds and found a suitable R&B song for her, Atlantic Records would not pay Babyface! They said he was too expensive. The wrangling continues... I'll keep ya posted! Note to aspiring singers/actors: Never compromise! Always have an attorney go over your contracts! Never! Never allow the company to mold your child/children into something they are not. Sometimes those images are too hard to maintain. FYI: Keke Palmer is the young actress from "Akeelah and The Bee"
