The "Please Sit Down Award" goes to Shar Jackson and Tracey Bingham. These two showed up at The 18th Annual Night of 100 Stars Awards last night in LA. They really need to crawl back into obscurity. I wouldn't want to be famous for my baby-daddy leaving me for Crazy Spears! Girl, sit down and take care of your 4 kids!
