Jay-Z and Fantasia, showed up at the 13th Annual Dinner sponsored by The Living Legends Foundation, in New York on Thursday. O.K. normally I love Fantasias's hair but, what the hell? It looks like cats have been sucking on it! Both artists have releases pending. Jay-Z's CD, Kingdom Come drops November 21st. Fantasia's, self titled, CD drops December 12th. Note to Fantasia: Go back to your normal hairdresser, QUICKLY!
