The family of the deceased, mother of two, killed in the accident involving Brandy have filed a $50 million dollar wrongful death suit. They are naming Brandy in the suit. It's such a sad situation. I hope that they come together and settle. Sidenote: If the accident was caused by Joe Blow, would there be a $50 million dollar lawsuit?
