A black employee ant 180 Connect( a cable installation company) was surprised to walk into the equipment room and find a noose hanging. The noose was hanging where all black employees could see but, where only the two white supervisors had access to. When questioned about the noose the supervisors where candid about it and it's use. They said it was two hang two "black" employees. Of course, their lawyer is saying that the comments were taken out of context. What context should it be put in? 180 Connect works with Cablevision and both have been named in the complaint filed with the EEOC. Note to readers: Should you see such blatant racism, photograph and document what you see. Oh, one supervisor has been suspended with pay, and the other is still working until the investigation is complete. This boils my blood! If it boils yours too, sound off! Leave a comment!!!!
