Well, the rapper is Ja-Rule. I hear he's having money problems. Note to Ja-Rule: Sell that 2007 Maybach! Where are your priorities? For the non-knowers a Maybach is a high end luxury car by Mercedes.

I love Ja-Rule. I know I'm late, but I just downloaded a couple of songs he recorded in the 90s. If I'd known he was having money problems, I would have paid for them. lol
