A Bahamas judge has hsot down Howard K. Sterb's appeal. Mr. Stern was trying to block the DNA results. The judege deemed his appeal frivolous and sanctioned him. He will pay $10,000, and $5,000 will go to Larry Birkheads Bahamas lawyer. This means that the DNA results will be heard this week! I just can't wait to see Howard's face when everyone knows he's not the father! Stay tuned!
