TMZ.com is reporting that Tracey Morgan has been ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device for 90 days. The device monitors alcohol in the system. If alcohol is detected Tracey will have to start the 90 days over. If alcohol is detected a second time, Tracey will have to do 90 days in jail. He also has community service to complete. These restrictions alone, make me wanna drink! Note to readers: If you see Tracey on the side of the road cleaning, pass him a beer! LOL Just kidding! Give him a Red Bull with Hennessey in it! LMAO P.S. in case you didn't remember, Tracey was caught driving under the influence in November. He was already violating restrictions at that arrest. Note to Tracey Morgan: If you must be drunk to be funny, find another job!
