Do you remember Des'Ree? She sang the song "You Gotta Be." Well she is suing Beyonce! Apparently Des'Ree wrote and sang a song called, "I'm Kissing You" and Beyonce re-made the song on her B-Day album, without permission. Do people really think artists are going to go for that? Anyhoo, TMZ.com is reporting that the song was performed by Des'Ree in 1999. Let's see what happens with this! Des'Ree is allesging a cover-up! She says Beyonce's camp asked for permission to use the song and they were told they can use the song but, they couldn't make changes to it and they could not make a video. Beyonce didn't like the terms, so they made the song anyway!
