I heard that singer Alexander O'Neal was scheduled to perform in Detroit, recently but was called and told that a kidney was waiting for him. Needless to say, that brother ran to receive it. He had been waiting for a kidney for a year. Congrats to Alexander! Note to readers: Become an organ donor! You can't take them with you! Help someone in need!

Alex did not have a kidney transplant. He's in the UK doing gigs. In fact, he was in the UK doing a gig the day after the
'supposed' story went out. If the rumour WAS true (which it isn't)..he made one heck of a miraculous recovery!
