TMZ is reporting that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have set a date for marriage. October 13th is the day all the paparazzi will be watching. Allegedly a very well known wedding planner, from Orange County, has been hired. They wanted the baby to be legitimate. Are there any bastards, nowadays? Anyhoo, good luck!
