As I told you the other day, Lil Wayne was expecting a son, any day. Well, the baby was born yesterday in a hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The mother is not his girlfriend/fiance, Nivea. Instead, her name is Sara and she is a nail tech in Ohio and a jumpoff of his for the last couple years. Damn, do rappers have women in every city? Nastyass!
