Everybody knows that celebrities put their ages down, in order to enjoy longevity. Well, a rumor has surfaced that Beyonce is really in her 30's. They say there is an official document from the Texas Department of Health that proves it. This document is allegedly floating around. This would explain why she is dating a forty year old rapper. Ya'll know Jay-Z ain't turning 37, again!
