Singer, Brandy, was the cause of a fatal car crash. The accident occured on December 30, 2006. Brandy rear-ended a car, causing a chain reaction. A California woman was killed in the accident. It is not known whether alcohol was involved. Brandy not arrested. Her reps are not talking.
