This stomach is the direct result of Liposuction. This face is the false security Liposuction gives you. Lil Kim performed in London this weekend. She really thinks that her belly looks good! It is jacked up! Her face is in need of help, also. Poor Kim!

Is that really Lil Kim? Why does she look like Mariah Carey in the face? Maybe it's the expression.
And I can definitely see one of the little holes where they sucked the fat out of her belly. From the front, okay; from the side...not so much.
You should post a shirtless picture of Giancarlo Esposito. I think he had a tummy tuck, too. Not attractive.
She probably looks like Mariah because of the skin bleaching she has been doing! I'm gonna look for Giancarlo!
