This is the best I've ever seen these two look! Hilary Clinton and Condoleeza Rice were at the 2008 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in NY, last night. Bothe had on their Sunday bests but, Hilary was the most improved!

This is the first time I've ever seen Ms. Rice not looking scared although she does look like she's protecting her cookies. lol
