Snoop Dogg was arrested yesterday in Stockholm Sweden, on suspicion of being under the influence of narcotics. Puffy and Snoop are in Stockholm for their "Puff Puff Pass" tour. Snoop and a female companion were arrested, in route, to the after-party. After submitting an urine test, Snoop was released at 5:30 a.m. this morning. If the urine test comes back positive, he will be fined. Sweden has harsh drug laws but misdemeanors are handled with fines. Snoop is lucky! He didn't have his usual amount of marijuana on him, if he did, he would be in jail indefinitely. Just a note to Sweden police officers: The name of the tour alone, is grounds for a search warrant! Keep It Poppin!
