Rumor has it Fantasia is joining the Broadway cast of "The Color Purple." She will play the part of Miss Celie. Nobody plays that part better than Whoopie but, it is a musical. Funny, I don't remember Miss Celie doing alot of screaming! Anyhoo, it should be good. I hear Oprah is making a big deal of her joining the cast.
