You're right! This outfit is totally out of character for Miss Corrine "Laura Ashley" Bailey Rae. She's usually in ruffles and lace. Maybe at the Grammy's, she spotted a rapper she wants to attract. Too bad she's not more booty-licious. I liked the old look better. Where was this picture taken?
