Diddy is being investigated for an assault that took place early Saturday morning in LA. Gerard Rechnitzer, 27, a real estate broker, claims Diddy punched him in the jaw and tried to take his woman. They were all at the Roosevelt Hotel and Diddy was pushing up on Rechnitzer's woman. Rechnitzer want he and his fiancee to leave together, but Diddy invited her to another party. When Rechnitzer insisted his fiancee leave with him, Diddy popped him in the jaw. Diddy left and Rechnitzer called the cops. TMZ has reported that LA cops are investigating and have questioned five witnesses. Doesn't Diddy have enough women? And why did Rechnitzer have to ask his "fiancee" to leave twice? Girlfriend wanted to stay! She wouldn't be my fiancee after she caused me to get cold-cocked in the jaw! People are constantly accusing Diddy of assault, but he doesn't look like he'd bust a grape to me!
