Bobby Brown, Don't Be Cruel!

Bobby Brown has pulled a fast one! Hot 99.5 in D.C. paid his bail on the condition he sit in on their morning show for a week. Well, this morning, I was listening and Bobby called in. When they asked him questions about when he was coming, he played dumb. They tried to remind him of his obligation and he told them that they would have to pay him. They said, "We already paid you by paying your bail!" To which he said, "I was already bailed out!" It got ugly but, he is refusing to come back to D.C. without a paycheck. Kane, the DJ, is threatening to call "Dog The Bounty Hunter" and revoke his bail. Note to Bobby: Stop the crackhead moves! Live up to your end of the bargain. That was crackhead extortion at it's finest. I say revoke his bail, let him stay in jail until his children are grown and can bail him out themselves.

Well, I think both sides are being a little stupid. First of all, If Hot 99.5 paid Bobby's bail without getting something in writing about his obligation to them, then they thought like Randy...you know what I mean? On the other hand, if Bobby DID sign something, he's stupid to think the radio station won't make him uphold his end of it. What did he think? They were just paying $19 out of the goodness of their hearts? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Oprah doesn't work at Hot 99.5. Anyhoo, this story on CNN (http://www.cnn.com/2007/SHOWBIZ/Music/03/01/bobby.radio.ap/index.html) indicates that Bobby will appear on the station on Monday only. I say they call Dog the bounty hunter -- that is if Dog's not in jail.
