Deadbeat Dad!
The brother of late crooner Gerald Levert sentenced to prison for not paying child support. Sean Levert will spend the next 22-months behind bars. Levert owes $85,427.68 in back child support for his three children - ages 11, 15 and 17. Levert was sentenced Monday by Judge Nancy Margaret Russo. He did not speak at his sentencing. Sad! Couldn't his father have helped him? Did he really have to let baby boy go to jail? Damn!

Those were the last words from Remy-Ma as she was handcuffed and led from the courtroom. This came after she was found guilty of four counts. Remy was found guilty on charges of first-degree assault, attempted coercion, possession of a deadly weapon, and felony assault. She faces up to 25 years in jail. Keep ya head up, Remy. You'll have a girlfriend in no time!

Kimora Simmons has finally filed for divorce from Russell Simmons! It's about damn time! The couple separated in March 2006. Kimora has been linked to Djimon Hounson and is allegedly pregnant. She denies the pregnancy rumors. Maybe the filing will make her fess up and confirm her pregnancy. We'll see.....

Jealousy Gets You Everything!
Usher is pictured walking his dog in L.A., after taking a break from recording his new CD. Speaking of his new CD, allegedly, Tameka (Usher's wife) has made life a living hell for Keri Hilson. Keri is in the new Usher video and Tameka is the stylist. I heard she put Keri in a hideous outfit and refused to let Keri's hairdresser on the set. She had to use the hairdresser of the extras. Now, Now, Now, Tameka! Jealousy won't make things better! Usher has to work with cuter and younger girls than you! It's okay!

Trouble In Paradise!
A former employee of Wendy Williams is suing her husband for sexual harassment. Nicole Spence alleges the following:
“Mr. Hunter repeatedly sexually propositioned me at work in the most crude and vulgar ways, telling me over and over that he wanted to ‘f- - -’ me. I also feared Mr. Hunter because he repeatedly physically assaulted Ms. Williams at or near the WBLS studio.. In one instance, Mr. Hunter stormed into the studio, demanded that other employees leave and openly physically abused Ms. Williams, pinning her against the wall with his hand around her neck, choking her while repeatedly pounding his fist into the wall directly by her head.”
Asked about Spence’s complaint, Williams yesterday told The Post, “Her allegations are totally false. This bitch is out of her mind. Husband Kevin Hunter said “the allegations are “so far from the truth. It’s insane.”

I was perusing my fave gossip site DListed.com and I came across a sad entry. "Al Copeland, the founder of Popeye's, died in Munich, Germany yesterday where he was receiving treatment for cancer.
Al was a Louisiana legend and became known for his flamboyant lifestyle and lavish parties. His Christmas displays were the biggest in his neighborhood."

Condolences...
Our condolences to Corrinne Bailey Rae on the loss of her husband. According to People Magazine: "The husband of British soul singer Corinne Bailey Rae was found dead in an apartment in Leeds, England, the BBC reports. A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said officers were called to the home where they found saxophonist Jason Rae, 31, Saturday afternoon. In connection with the case, a 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs, and was since released on bail, according to police. Reports say that Rae was the victim of a suspected overdose, however, results of a post mortem exam were inconclusive. Police are awaiting the results of a toxicology report, according to the BBC. Rae had been scheduled to play a gig with his band The Haggis Horns at the HiFi Club in Leeds Sunday. The show has been canceled. Bailey Rae, 29, and her husband met when the singer worked in as a coat room attendant at a jazz club in Leeds. They married in 2001." I will keep her in my prayers.
Tyra Has A Stalker

Talk-show host Tyra Banks is living in fear of a hulking stalker who's been terrorizing her for months and was set free by a judge last week.
Cops finally busted the burly ex-con drifter Tuesday for allegedly stalking Banks from coast to coast, but he was released without bail - an act that has added to her anxiety.
Brady Green, 37, has hounded Banks with multiple letters and phone calls since early January, cops and prosecutors said.
He then started sending her flowers and showing up in person at her Los Angeles TV studio, they said.
The Dublin, Ga., native then took a bus to New York with the idea of visiting the studio where "The Tyra Banks Show" is taped. He arrived in the lobby at 4:23 p.m. on Tuesday, asking to speak to the former supermodel, the authorities said.
Green was carrying a large duffel bag stuffed with magazine write-ups about Banks and notes to himself about his various attempts to reach her, they said.
Cops were called to the scene, where Banks said she feared for her safety. Green was cleared from the premises.
But at 7:22 p.m., Green was back - sitting across the street in a window seat at a McDonald's, drinking coffee and flipping through one of his magazines, said witness Jesus Nuñez.
Nuñez described the 6-foot-2 Green as "huge, strong with a lot of muscles."
Green told police he was homeless, although he appeared clean and dressed in neat, casual clothing, they said. Cops arrested him in the restaurant and charged him with stalking, harassment and criminal trespass.
The next morning, Green appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court and pleaded not guilty to the charges. No bail was requested, despite Green not having provided a New York address. Judge Anthony Ferrara released him on his own recognizance - but issued an order of protection for Banks.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office did not know that Green had pleaded guilty to felony pot-selling charges on Oct. 16, 2006, when he was sentenced to two years of probation and fined $1,620.
DA spokeswoman Barbara Thompson said the office gets defendants' New York state criminal records in one day off fingerprints sent to Albany. Rap sheets from elsewhere take at least two days.
But a call by The Post to the county prosecutor in his Georgia hometown turned up a second arrest - for obstruction on Nov. 23, 2006. That charge was dismissed.
Said NYPD spokesman Michael Collins, "It's up to other agencies to await the prints to be run and to be certain of a person's ID before letting them go."
Staff at the Chelsea studio are worriedly anticipating Green's return. "There's no security at this building," said a producer at 225 W. 26th St., where photos of Green were still being handed out on Friday with a warning to stay away from him. "It's very scary."

Eve Don't Play!
According to The New York Post Online, Eve got into a little shoving match Thursday. "When some young women started giving her a rough time last Thursday outside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, spies say, "It got physical . . . one of the girls Eve was yelling at was pushed down a flight of stairs either by Eve or one of her posse, but they calmed her down and cops weren't called." A rep for Eve didn't return calls." They don't call her a "pitbull in a skirt" for nothing!
