Rapper and Flint native, MC Breed, is in critical condition in an Atlanta hospital. According to mwdiatakeout.com, MC Breed was playing basketball and collapsed. He is said to be suffering from kidney damage and doctors are trying diligently to reverse the damage. MC Breed became popular in the 90's when he made the song "Ain't No Future In Ya Frontin." Keep him and his family in your prayers.

That ring is blinding! Beyonce changed clothes for her performance and removed the ring. She also, donned a short blonde wig as a tribute to Etta James, whom she portrays in the movie "Cadillac Records."

She's Home!

Today, Marion Jones left a halfway house in San Antonio. This ends her six month sentence for perjury and obstruction of justice. I am happy that she will be home and back with her children. While I do agree that lying under oath is a crime but, Olympic doping is still going on. Marion Jones' jailtime will not stop anyone from doping. The people using the steroids are hurting themselves, as anabolic steroids have been linked to cancer. I think the jails can be used to house people who actually hurt others! The fact of the matter is, Marion is a mother of two! She serves no good in jail! Good to have you back, Marion!

Matthew Knowles Is Pissed!

I can understand it! I must first ask that he get a grip on his little crazy daughter! Mathew Knowles went on a radio station to defend the actions of Solange. There is no defending that! She was dead wrong! He went on to say that Solange is a prolific song-writer. He said that she wrote songs for Beyonce and Kelly Rowland. Is that why Kelly is performing in London, right now? I need Mr. Knowles to realize that when people hear a song that they like they say, "I like that song, who's singing it?" not "Who wrote that?" She is a sub-par performer with a crappy attitude! She is entitled to her opinion and others are entitled to theirs! If you are gonna call everyone who says something about Solange that you don't agree with, how will you run your business? Yes, I said it! Now get at me!

Diddy is upping the ante! He is on the cover of "Uptown" magazine. I love his swagger! He wears the clothes well! He makes a suit look good, no matter what kind it is. Oprah Winfrey's mother, Vernita Lee, has a large debt and she hasn't paid it! No, it's not the fact that she gave up her famous daughter because she was darker skinned, she owes a $155,000+ credit card debt to Valentinas. I've never heard of the store ! Anyhoo, she says she doesn't owe anything and has hired three attorneys to settle the situation. Would you pay the debt for a mother who never stood by you? I think she should pay the debt and tell her any more trouble and she's on her own!

It Is A Sad Day!

It's a sad day in Detroit! The mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has plead guilty to and resigned his position. With all the publicity surrounding his tenure and his extra-marital affair and text message saga, this was expected. I say that this is a sad day because, despite his faults he was an effective Mayor! The city has taken leaps and bounds while he was in office. I also say this is a sad day because the city is in serious trouble with the interim Mayor. The president of the city council will be acting mayor. His name is Ken Cochrel Jr.! You may know him as Shrek! That was the name given to him by another council member during an argument. He is not an effective leader! He couldn't control the city council and he won't be able to control the city. All of the wonderful things that have been going on in Detroit will cease! No matter how you felt about Kwame Kilpatrick, he lead the city! He brought the Superbowl and large conferences back to the city! He made sure the streets were cleared of snow so that the school kids could make it to school! He brought businesses back to the downtown area and beautified the area! He brought the hotels back and the rebuilding of Detroit to fruition! He brought the beautiful sports facilities back! Mr. Cochrel Jr. and many of his council members are being investigated by the FBI, as we speak! His right-hand man was fired and is under investigation in the Synagro scandal! A scandal that he had no vote in! He couldn't vote for or against the Synagro deal, only his boss Mr. Cochrel could! Therefore, he should be watched, also! I only have this to say to the anti-Kwame Kilpatrick people of Detroit: "Be careful what you wish for, because you will now have an ineffective Mayor and thus an ineffective city!"

Let Me Get This Straight.....

Sandy "Pepa" Denton has written a book. She talks all about her abusive relationships and more. Read this excerpt from her book:

“I had the hot iron in my hand and he had a handful of my hair. He grabbed the hand with the iron in it and was pushing [it] toward my face. … He ended up pressing that hot iron against my other arm. I heard my flesh sizzling, and the smell was sickening. I started screaming from the pain. He dropped the iron and I turned to run, and his nail swiped across my eyeball and shredded my cornea.” The incident left her with deep scars and an eye patch.
The couple had another brawl at actor Omar Epps’ house, where, she says, “Brad” threw her through a glass coffee table and tried to push her down the stairs.
One night, when she was hanging out with rappers Kid ‘n Play and a few others, “Play tried to clown me at the table. … Everyone started laughing. I got up and grabbed him by his collar and dragged him down the whole length of the table, knocking everybody’s food and drink onto the floor. Play never made fun of me again.”
One rapper who did impress her was Tupac Shakur, whom she met on the set of the “Whatta Man” video. “He was a good guy. I remember him telling me that he had never been in trouble with the law until he got into the music business. [He said,] ‘I ain’t never had a record until I made a record!’”

What I can't understand is why she threw Play (of Kid-n-Play) all around yet, allowed her boyfriends to dog her! Why did she allow the abuse to go on for so long? I can't allow my kids to see stuff like that! Because my children are watching, I might seriously hurt somebody while they sleep!

Let That Be A Lesson!

Ne-yo has won a judgement for his early dismissal from the concert tour with R. Kelly. Read on:

"The R&B star has scored a nice payday for being dumped from R. Kelly’s road show last year. A Los Angeles judge has ordered Kelly’s promoter to pony up $700,320 to the “Because of You” Grammy winner. Superior Court Judge Malcolm Mackey made his default judgment after Georgia-based Rowe Entertainment refused to respond to the lawsuit filed by Ne-Yo under his real name, Shaffer Smith. Per his suit, Ne-Yo was supposed to earn $785,000 on the 25-date jaunt, but the 25-year-old performer was canned by Rowe after the second show on Nov. 15 and only received a fraction of the contracted amount. At the time, the promoter blamed the dismissal on Ne-Yo’s camp for not completing the proper paperwork. There was no immediate comment from either Ne-Yo or Rowe on the judge’s ruling. Kelly was not named as a defendant in the suit."

This should be a lesson to all who go on tour with R. Kelly. Get all your affairs in order! Cross all T's and dot all i's! Then, if need be, sue him!
