"The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the "Umbrella" singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes.

Adds the source: "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."

In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. "He called to wish her happy birthday," a source told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted."

Yeah, so much for all the anger!

"The wife of boxer Shane Mosley has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences after six years of marriage. Jin Mosley and the five-time world champion from suburban Pomona were married in November 2002 and separated in January, according to her petition filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.She had acted as his manager. Jin Mosley is seeking legal and physical custody of the couple’s three children, two boys ages 7 and 6 and a 5-year-old girl, and asks that the boxer be granted visitation. She is seeking spousal support and asking that Mosley pay her legal fees. Mosley defeated Antonio Margarito for the WBA welterweight title on Jan. 24, 12 days after he and his wife separated. The 37-year-old boxer earned about $2.4 million for the bout."

This Ish Had To Go To Court?

No, this ish had to go to the Nebraska Supreme Court? Unbelievable! Read about the State Trooper who, knowingly, affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan! Trooper Robert Henderson was fired for his affiliation and appealed his firing. Read what the Nebraska Supreme Justices said:

"Justice John Gerrard wrote that Robert Henderson voluntarily associated with an organization that uses violence and terror to oppose the state's founding principles of equality and tolerance.

Henderson, a trooper for 18 years, was dismissed in 2006 after the patrol discovered he had joined a racist group. He told an investigator he joined the Knights Party — which has described itself as the most active Klan organization in the United States — in June 2004.

An arbitrator said Henderson's firing violated his First Amendment rights, among other things, but Lancaster County District Judge Jeffre Cheuvront overturned that decision.

Henderson's attorney, Vincent Valentino, had argued to the high court that arbitrators, not judges, have the final say. He said Friday that an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court was possible, based on "everything from due process to freedom of speech and freedom of association." A due process argument, he added, would refer to violation of Henderson's rights under the union contract.

Gerrard wrote that while it's not the role of a court, generally, to set aside an arbitrator's decision, it is permissible for a court to "refuse to enforce an arbitration award that is contrary to a public policy that is explicit, well defined, and dominant."

Justice Kenneth Stephan wrote in a dissenting opinion that the courts overstepped their bounds by overturning the arbitrator. Stephan said Henderson had kept his beliefs well hidden while on the job and there was no evidence they interfered with his impartial enforcement of the law."

Can you imagine being pulled over by this idiot? What happened to fair and bias? Was there an background investigation? If so, Mr. Henderson knew exactly what he was doing! He waited until he was on the force and then joined the clandestine group! Shame on him!

Tyrese Gibson has rarely admitted to being married but, the ten month nuptials are coming to an end. According to Bossip.com,
"Tyrese Gibson, the R&B singer who appeared in the Transformers movie, is being hauled back into court by his estranged wife, a woman he never would talk about. Her name is Norma Mitchell, and on January 29th in Los Angeles, she filed court papers that put a new wrinkle in their on-going divorce proceedings. The couple have a young daughter together and Mitchell is seeking modification of their custody arrangment , as well as a change in child & spousal support, as well as attorney fees. According to the court documents, Mitchell claims Gibson was an absentee-father who didn’t support her or their daughter.The couple filed for divorce last October after 10 months of marriage. In past interviews, Gibson was hesitant about talking about his wife. Last August, he was asked by blackvoices.com if he was married. Gibson said yes, but refused to reveal her name saying “I don’t want to say. I live a private lifestyle. I don’t want no paparazzi following me around. I don’t get off on that.” The couple has been ordered back to court March 2nd."

Kimora hit the lottery! Her divorce from Russell Simmons was finalized and he MUST pay! Russ has to pay $20,000 per child, a month, for Ming and Aoki-Lee until they reach the age of 19. He must also purchase a car worth more than $60,000 for the girls to sit in, until they reach the age of 16. DAMN! I still say that $20,000 a month is not enough to deal with that youngest daughter!

The California Mayor who sent a racist e-mail, has resigned. Read On:

Los Alamitos Mayor Dean Grose has stepped down as Mayor of Los Alamitos, CA after sending out this fake photo of watermelons on President Barack Obama’s White House front lawn. Grose’s email included the heading, “No Easter Egg hunt this year.”

“I think he’s saying that since there’s a black president, there will be no need to hunt for eggs since they’re growing watermelons in the front yard this year,” said Keyanus Price, an African American who was among those receiving the email. Price told Fletcher that she considers the email rascist and offensive.

“What I’m concerned about is how can this person send an e-mail out like this and think it is OK?” Price said. “He’s putting the city into a bad place and he is a liability.”

Grose apologized to Price, city council members and others.

“It was just poor judgment on my part and I am deeply sorry,” he said.

This was the best thing that he could have done!

Samuel L. Jackson has signed a 9 picture deal to play Nick Fury in the Marvel movies! The movies include "Iron Man 2," "Thor," "Captain America," "The Avengers" and its sequels.

Also on the table is the possibility of toplining a "S.H.I.E.L.D." movie, which is in development.

According to Mediatakeout.com, Los Alamitos, California - Mayor Dean Grose sent a racist photo to business owners and forgot that one of them was African American! he photo shows the White House with watermelons on the lawn. This photo was sent after President Obama was elected. The only thing that was done to him was, he was made to apologize! I think he should lose his job! Anyone in Government, who does something like this should be fired! What kind of example are we setting? California used to be the place where racial unity lived! Now they want to get rid of immigrants, gay marriage and now this! Tsk Tsk!

Say hello to the soon-to-be newest member of the Obama family. Michelle Obama confirmed that the family will get a Portuguese Water Dog, as a pet in April. The dog will come from a shelter and will be old enough to still play. My neighbor has a Portuguese Water Dog and he is huge! My son ran in the house swearing a big horse was after him! The dog just wanted to play! I hope the Obama's name the dog Harry/Harriett! LOL

Attorney Killed NBA Player's Ex!

According to Fox 2 News:
" A 36-year-old attorney fatally shot the former girlfriend and infant daughter of New York Knicks player Eddy Curry during a domestic-related dispute, authorities said Sunday.

Fredrick Goings of Chicago was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree murder, Cook County State's Attorney spokeswoman Sally Daly said.

Police said Goings was arrested Friday evening as he was getting into his car outside a relative's place in Chicago. Goings has not made any statements to authorities and is not cooperating in the investigation, Lt. Denis Walsh said.

It was not immediately clear who was representing Goings. A message left at his Chicago law office Sunday was not returned. Goings was due in bond court on Monday.

The bodies of 24-year-old Nova Henry and her 9-month-old daughter, Ava, were found in their Chicago apartment on Jan. 24. Both died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Henry also was the mother of ex-Chicago Bulls player Curry's 3-year-old son, who was found unharmed at the scene.

Court records show that Goings was Henry's attorney in a paternity case with Curry involving Ava.

According to the Chicago Tribune, records show that DNA tests confirmed Ava was Curry's daughter. Curry, through Knicks spokesman Jonathan Supranowitz, declined comment. Messages left Sunday for his attorney were not immediately returned.

Police said Goings and Henry had "a relationship" and the motive for the shooting was "domestic related" but declined to elaborate.

According to police, Nova Henry let Goings into the apartment on Jan. 24 and the two quarreled.

"What happened inside that apartment will have to come out at a later date," Walsh told reporters Sunday. "There obviously was an argument."

Police said surveillance images and other evidence linked Goings to the case, but authorities declined to give details.

Goings has been practicing law since April 2005, according to state records."
