Chris Rock's words have come back to haunt him during the trial of Private Investigator, Anthony Pellicano. According to TMZ.com: " A shocking new tape of Chris Rock revealing the lurid details of a one-night stand in 1998 rocked the courtroom in the criminal trial of celeb P.I. Anthony Pellicano.The tape captures a phone conversation between Pellicano and Rock, after Rock and model Monika Zsibrita had first claimed to be pregnant with his child (which turned out to be false) and then accused him of raping her. No charges were ever filed.Rock tells Pellicano he was scared s**tless of being accused of rape, and that he would rather be "caught with needles in my arm" than face a rape charge.Rock's alleged affair with Zsibrita made the rounds in the press and tabloids, right around the time Rock and his wife Malaak temporarily split. The two reconciled soon after. "

Bishop Weeks and Juanita Bynum MAY be together after all. The trial started yesterday and this is what happened.

Moments after admitting to grabbing his wife by the throat, throwing her down and kicking her on the pavement of a hotel parking lot, Thomas Weeks III turned to Juanita Bynum and apologized to her in open court. The couple then walked out of the Fulton County courthouse together and signaled that their relationship may not yet be over. Weeks pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in Fulton County Superior Court on Tuesday, and was sentenced to three years’ probation. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Weeks must also undergo violence and anger counseling and complete 200 hours of community service that cannot be church-related.
“They are in communication and working on their relationship and the status of their marriage.At the end of the hearing, Weeks turned to Bynum, who had been seated in the second row of the courtroom.”I want to apologize to my wife for all she’s had to go through,” he said. Bynum stood as he addressed her, nodded in response and quietly thanked him. As another condition of his probation, Weeks must have no violent contact with his wife, though the two were allowed to resume communications, which previously had been barred. Wasting no time, the couple appeared on the steps of the courthouse.
Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said during a brief press conference that it was a personal plea from Bynum initiated by Weeks’ grandfather that convinced prosecutors not to pursue jail time for Weeks.
“Many people in her situation would’ve been asking for him to be put in jail,” Howard said, calling Bynum’s request courageous. “I don’t believe my husband is a criminal,” she said. “I don’t believe he is a man who deserves to be put in jail.”According to a police report, Bynum told officers that on Aug. 22, Weeks “choked her, pushed her down, kicked and stomped her … until a bellman pulled him off of her.”
Weeks initially pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated assault and making terroristic threats.

Who am I to tell her to leave him? I would have been on the first thing smoking but, that's just me. Pray for them!

Remy Ma Should Plead!

Bossip.com has provided a brief synopsis of the Remy Ma a.k.a Remy Smith, trial. Here it goes:

Assistant District Attorney Jason Berland told the 12 jurors. The two struggled over the woman’s bag, and Barnes-Joseph was shot and wounded during the struggle. Smith’s lawyer Ivan Fisher said the incident was an accident and portrayed Barnes-Joseph as a celebrity groupie who misrepresented what happened in hopes of winning money from Smith. “This case will leave you with enormous doubt,” he said.
The prosecutor portrayed Smith as irresponsible and calculating. After fleeing the scene, Smith slammed her car into a parked vehicle, badly damaging both. Smith and her boyfriend, the rapper Papoose, were later behind the beating of two men, one of whom was the boyfriend of an eyewitness to the shooting. (Smith) is not the type of person to sit back and let people testify against her,” Berland said.

Snoop and his pimp follower (Bishop Don Juan) were at his album release party and it got rowdy-rowdy!

"Snoop Dogg hadn’t even turned up to his invitation-only album launch at New York’s Touch nightclub when the city’s finest arrived to check on the commotion. More than ten NYPD cars moved in on the nightclub near Time Square in what appeared to be a raid. The party was to celebrate the launch of Snoop’s latest album Ego Trippin, his first in almost two years. Police called for back-up when the over-crowded nightclub patrons got a little hostile. It’s believed someone even triggered a fire alarm in the commotion which caused further chaos with the Fire Department showing up. Among those seen outside the club, America’s Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez. She appeared to be refused entry despite pleading with bouncers.
NYPD would not say why they showed up but no-one was arrested however police officers remained outside the club – matched in strength by Snoop Dog’s own security entourage. When the rapper finally showed up after midnight, he was mobbed by onlookers and police had to intervene again to calm the crowd down."

Where Are They?

Where are the black actresses? Why does Hollywood rehash the same ones in every movie? Actress, Terri J. Vaughan(The Steve Harvey Show) told Essence magazine what's going on behind closed doors. She said,

"All we’re asking is that Hollywood gives us a voice for all of our voices. Yes, we do have hoochies and I’m not denying that they are a part of our culture, but just like White women who might have images of trailer trash, supermodels and business execs, at least we get to see all of those images. Give us an opportunity to show all of who we are not just the small part that they feel safe and comfortable in showing. Many of the execs are white males but they don’t know our voice. I don’t expect them to know our voice, so they should listen and allow us to tell you. But don’t tell us that a particular image of us is not true because you aren’t familiar with that particular image and why would you be you’re not a Black woman. Hire more of us to put our stories out there to offer Hollywood a different view and teach them who we are. One way to combat it. We’re not saying they are bad and evil that’s not what we’re saying at all. We’re saying just listen to us. Let us entertain you with all of our isms."

According to NewYorkPost.com, Tyra Banks was an awful tenant. Well, at least, her models were slobs. "These girls not only destroyed the floors, it appears they had food fights. There's ketchup and coffee splattered all over the landlord's $20,000 white drapes. There's lipstick on the walls," said the insider. "They moved in furniture and made holes all along the walls."
According to our source, while the beauties were staying in the 4,200-square-foot loft, they damaged a $15,000 chandelier beyond repair and splashed so much water around, the bathroom was ruined and had to be tested for mold.
"A plumber had to come fix the toilet and the water caused $90,000 worth of damage to the electrical store on the first floor," said our source.
"America's Next Top Model" also "skipped out on" a $1,500 electric bill, claimed our source, who estimated the damage totals $500,000.

Is it me or does it seem that "America's Next Top Model" people sabotage the models during the makeovers? Why do they cut their hair off? Then they send them home because they can't take a good picture looking like a boy! I would never go on that show! I'll take my chances on the street!

If you have ever watched her show you will know that her two children, Ming-Lee and Aoki-Lee, are spoiled brats! They talk to the hired help like they are trash. Let's hope Djimon teaches his children better and Ming and Aoki learn from them!
