Happy Birthday!

Happy 41st birthday to Jamie Foxx and happy 51st to Morris Day! I can't believe he is 51! Go out and cop the new Jamie Foxx CD! The price has been reduced to $9.99 to cut down on the high prices! I have heard many of the cuts and I like a few. I listen to The Foxxhole on Sirius satellite radio, and they play the CD daily!

Chris Brown has been elected Billboard's Artist Of The Year! I couldn't be happier! I thought they would try and give it to Shitney (typo but, I'm keeping it!) Spears. Congratulations Chris Brown!

Bobby Brown is coming out with a tell-all book. “Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nothing But the Truth,” the singer breaks down his former cocaine binges.

"I had a desk like Scarface's in my room and I kept (cocaine) piled up on it," he says in the book. "Every time I walked past my desk, I'd make a line of coke from one end to the other. I'd take a straw and snort a line the same way Scarface did it in the movie. You couldn't tell me nothing. I felt like I was Tony Montana! The world was mine! "I never had to look for coke; I kept it plentiful. There was times when I went on my binges and would lock myself up in a room for days at a time just getting high."

“Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nothing But the Truth,” will be out on shelves this week.
Allegedly Whitney tried to put a stop to this book being released. I wonder why? I am going to read it to see what he says about her binges.

Note To Readers: The funny thing about this book is that he thinks nobody knows about his cocaine use! A person's mouth doesn't slide from side to side by itself! That is twitching! LOL

Usher and his wife, Tameka, welcomed another son on Wednesday. According to People.com, Usher was at her side during delivery. This makes a total of 5 boys for Tameka and 2 boys for Usher. Congrats!

They said, "Spies in LA saw the songbird (above) coming out of a well-known ob/gyn's office on North Crescent Boulevard, "clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers. She was ebullient." It was the same type of paper that Minnie Driver was holding when she found out she was pregnant at the same doctor's office. Carey, who wed Nick Cannon this year in a quickie Bahamas ceremony, has made no bones about wanting a child." Well, I hope this is true! I think they would make wonderful parents!

A Mother's Worst Nightmare...

When you prepare your children for greatness, and they achieve it and then lose it all, it can be unbearable. Michael Vick's silly decisions not only effected his life, but his mother's life has been up heaved. According to TMZ.com, "Recent bankruptcy docs show Vick can't afford to pay the $4700/month mortgage payments for his mother's Suffolk home -- and he's hired a local realtor in Virginia to try and sell off the property."
"To make matters worse, his mom, Brenda Boddie, won't earn her $100K income anymore -- because she works for Michael's company, which is now kaput."

Let this be a lesson! Sometimes, even as an adult, you need to listen to ya momma!

Don't Worry Oprah!

Oprah has opened up and talked about her weight. She even gave numbers! In her latest interview in "O" magazine she tells about being 200 pounds, again. "I'm embarrassed," says O, in the new issue of her mag. "I can't believe that after all these years, all the things I know how to do, I'm still talking about my weight ... 'How did I let this happen again?'" Oprah went down to 160 pounds in 2006 and has gained 40 pounds. Note to Oprah: If you did it once, you can do it again. WE love you, no matter what!

What Happened?

Fantasia had it all! She won American Idol and had success with her first CD! She went on to play the lead role in the stage version of "The Color Purple!" Why is she losing her home? I pray that she has another home and was having trouble seling her house. According to mediatakeout.com, Fantasia has succomb to foreclosure, like so many others. Here is Fantasia at the Crack'd Xmas Party. Note: Perhaps the money spent on tattoos should have been spent on house payments! Just a thought!

Update: The home being auctioned is Fantasia's second home in North Carolina! She will not be homeless. She has, like many others, fallen victim to the housing crisis. I am glad to hear this!

Obama, Then Will...

Every time I see an interview with Will Smith, I drop everything and listen. I think that he is almost up there with President-Elect Obama! This is saying quite a bit! Nothing is more sexy than a man that is committed to his wife and family. People.com talked to him about his love scenes in movies. He's shy! Can you believe it? He had this to say about those love scenes, "My grandmother was really firm about how men are supposed to treat women," the actor said Friday at a press junket for his new drama Seven Pounds. "So for me, my worst nightmare is for an actress to ... feel like I'm taking this opportunity to get a little quickie feel – you know, some legal cheating going on!"

"I just need, specifically women, to feel comfortable around me," he added. "I just don't want to feel like I'm that dude."
