Proof Positive?

Photos from the Beyonce and Jay-Z wedding are surfacing. It is alleged that Jay-Z and B said their vows earlier in the day in front of a small group of family and friends. The festivities at the TriBeca apartment of Jay-Z was the reception. Sister of the bride, Solange, was there. The bookends from Destiny Child, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, also attended in customary ivory. Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin (good friends of the couple since their collaboration on a song) also attended. Of course, Beyonce's father, Matthew Knowles, was in the spot. He should be smiling, Beyonce grossed $54 million last year and Jay-Z grossed $103 million. Any father would be proud of this union!

They Did It!

Beyonce and Jay-Z are finally a married couple. According to People.com, The couple did it up, last night. Read on: After years of speculation, singer Beyoncé Knowles wed her longtime boyfriend, rapper Jay-Z, on Friday, a friend of the couple tells PEOPLE. Though there is no official confirmation, the friend says, "It happened earlier this evening. Jay wanted it to be a really private affair – close friends and family." The ceremony was followed by a lavish party at the rapper's Tribeca apartment that drew Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew, her sister Solange, her Destiny's Child mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and the couple's friend Gwyneth Paltrow.The wedding buzz began when the couple went to get a marriage license at a village hall in Scarsdale, N.Y., on Tuesday. DJ Cassidy, a favorite of Jay-Z, was hired to spin. "Cassidy mentioned a week ago that he was really excited for the Jay Z and Beyoncé's wedding party to happen," says the friend. Early Friday morning, workers erected a white tent atop the building in Tribeca, where Jay-Z owns a penthouse apartment. Not long after, an SUV carrying what seemed to be AV equipment arrived, followed by deliveries of party rentals and flowers. A source tells PEOPLE that Amy's Orchids was hired to provide 50,000 to 60,000 white orchid blooms from Thailand.

The "Street Kings" premiere was a family affair! Terry Crews (Everybody Hates Chris) brought his wife and daughter, Forest Whitaker brought his wife, Keisha, who is pictures with Naomie Harris. The surprise of the night was how beautiful Lisa Raye looked! She dropped the white and the severe ponytails and looked age-appropriate and gorgeous!

Turning 80 Must Be Nice!

Maya Angelou is turning 80 and Oprah is ringing her birthday in in style! The party is at Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach. The guest include: Besides Oprah and Steadman Graham, and Donald and Melania Trump, guests are flying into Palm Beach from around the world, including Natalie Cole, Bryant Gumbel, Quincy Jones, Norman Lear, Tyler Perry, Cicely Tyson, Steve Wynn and Andrew Young. Party up!

The New York Post says that Remy-Ma is set to marry on Riker's Island. Read this:

The jailbird rapper, who shot her friend in an argument over money, plans to make the most of her incarceration - she'll marry her fiancé at Rikers.
The two had originally planned to wed on a yacht, but all that changed after she was convicted of felony assault March 27.
"They're much in love," Remy's defense lawyer, Ivan Fisher, told The Post yesterday of Ma and her fiancé, rapper Papoose. "They're very committed to each other, and they had intended to marry one way or another!"

What is this world coming to? Are they planting this story because they originally said Beyonce and Jay-Z were marrying today? We'll see....

Naomi, Girl Why?

According to People.com Naomi Campbell is in the clinker, again. The reason, fighting an officer! Hasn't she learned? Read this:
Naomi Campbell was arrested Thursday for investigation of assaulting a police officer at London's Heathrow Airport, a source confirmed. According to Metropolitan Police, officers were "alerted to a disturbance" at 5:11 p.m. at the newly opened Terminal 5, where travelers' frustrations have flared due to baggage delays since opening last week. "Subsequently, a 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer," a police spokesperson says. "She was taken to Heathrow Police Station where she currently remains in custody." Police didn't identify the woman. But a source confirms it was the 37-year-old Campbell, arrested after she boarded a plane.

According to Reuters: Jay-Z is on the verge of a deal with concert promoter Live Nation worth about $150 million that rivals the biggest music contracts ever, the New York Times reported on its Web site on Wednesday.Jay-Z was said to be planning to leave his longtime record label, Def Jam, for a package with Live Nation, which includes financing his own entertainment venture as well as recordings and tours over the next decade.The deal, which sources told the newspaper should be finalized this week, comes after Live Nation earlier this week announced a 12-year agreement to handle the merchandising, digital and branding rights and touring of Irish group U2.Live Nation, which unveiled a $120 million deal with Madonna five months ago, has been expanding its business model to develop more far-reaching and deeper relationships with artists beyond just handling their touring as CD sales plunge.No one at Live Nation was immediately available to comment on the Jay-Z report.

According to Page Six, Bobby Brown is writing a scathing tell-all book. Read this:

In his upcoming autobiography, Brown blows the lid on his wildly dysfunctional marriage to the troubled, Grammy-winning diva, suggesting that she drove him into a nightmare of drug addiction.
"I never used cocaine until after I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice," Brown writes in "Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But," out next month. "At one point in my life, I used drugs uncontrollably. I was using everything I could get my hands on, from cocaine to heroin, weed and cooked cocaine."
As far as his 15-year marriage to Houston is concerned, it "was doomed from the very beginning. Within the first year we separated, with several more to follow," Brown writes. "I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married . . . I believe her agenda was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children."
Whitney, he alleges, had been under "a lot of pressure. The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship with her assistant, Robin Crawford. Since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn't go too well with her image . . . In Whitney's situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not. In the short, I think I got caught up in the politics and ended up marrying one of the biggest stars in the world."
But Brown notes that he was no saint in their relationship, confessing in his book, "I am guilty of sleeping with other women . . . Women are always throwing themselves at you. I'm only human, so I would make the mistake and bite the hook sometimes . . . I let the testosterone take over."
One of his most public indiscretions was an affair with former exotic dancer Karrine "Superhead" Steffans. "Yes, I've slept with her," he confesses. "Yes, I've spent several nights at her house. But she was only good for what her nickname stood for."
Reps for Houston, who divorced Brown a year ago, did not return our call for comment.

What happened to Bootz? Formerly of Flavor Of Love2, she has really blown up, literally! Always chesty, she has added gerth to her thighs and midsection too. Bootz and Buckeey showed Trina love at her album release party.

Call The FBI!

According to Yahoo News, the family of Sean Levert is asking the FBI to investigate his death. CLEVELAND - The family of R&B singer Sean Levert wants the FBI to look into his death after a jail medical emergency.
Cousin, Michael Gibson, said Levert never had any outburst such as the type described by Kevin McDonough, warden at the Cuyahoga County jail.
The 39-year-old Levert died Sunday night at a hospital after he was taken from the county jail where he was serving a one year and 10 months sentence for failure to pay $89,025 in child support.
McDonough said Levert was pounding on his cell door so guards strapped him in a restraint chair; Levert's breathing became shallow and he was taken to Lutheran Hospital, where he died less than an hour later.
An autopsy did not determine the cause of death. Toxicology tests are expected to take weeks.
FBI spokesman Scott Wilson says agents would meet with Levert's family.
Sean and his brother Gerald Levert, who died in 2006 at age 40 of an accidental mix of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, formed LeVert in the 1980s with childhood friend Marc Gordon. Their hits included "Baby I'm Ready," "(Pop, Pop, Pop, Pop) Goes My Mind" and "Casanova," which was nominated for a Grammy in 1988 for best R&B performance by a duo or group with vocal. It was also nominated for best R&B song.

60 Days To Get Married!

According to People.com, Jay-Z and Beyonce took out a marriage license in New York.
"Beyoncé Knowles and longtime beau Jay-Z have taken out a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y., PEOPLE has learned. According to a source, the pair obtained a license Tuesday morning. The document is valid for 60 days. A rep for Beyoncé told PEOPLE, "No comment." Jay-Z's spokesperson could not be reached. Beyoncé, 26, and Jay-Z, 38, have been dating since 2002, though the couple have stood reluctant to discuss their relationship publicly. Rumors about their romance began circulating after the singer appeared on Jay-Z's song "'03 Bonnie & Clyde," followed by collaborations on Beyoncé's solo hit "Crazy in Love," in 2003. While the two have remained tight-lipped about the state of their romance, by no means has Beyoné brushed off talk of marriage. In December 2006, the singer told InStyle, "You can't rush a man into anything – whether it's a relationship, marriage or having children." Earlier that month the pair were besieged by rumors that they were all set to get hitched in the Caribbean – a rumor that was quickly scotched by their reps. "

Sad News!

Sean Levert, son of Eddie Levert and brother of Gerald Levert, passed away over the weekend. Ironically, Sean was in jail at the time of his death. I blogged, last week, that he had been jailed because of back child support (somewhere around $80,000). The cause of death is not known. Keep his family in your prayers.
