Eye Candy!!!!

People Magazine has two pieces of REAL eye candy in their "Sexiest Bachelors Of 2009" issue. Rapper Common and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson made the list as the only African American bachelors. I must say that I agree! People were sleeping on Common because he was wearing those Swedish knit pants and crocheted hats but, the brother was smoldering in sexy! "The Rock" doesn't smolder he is like a California wildfire! His sexy can't be contained! He makes you wanna speak Spanish! Caliente! Muy Caliente! Oh, please excuse me! (fanning herself)

Two Things Bother Me.....

Two things about these pictures bother me. The photos are of Mel B and Eddie Murphy's baby, Angel Iris. First, let's talk about Mel B's body! The heffa is sick! Two babies and her abs are better than some men. She is tight as a wound rubberband! I am extremely envious! Moving on, who in the hell is doing little Angel's hair? Why on earth can't they part the girl's hair straight? This is the fourth picture, of little Angel, that I have seen with these crooked parts! I was Blessed to not have a daughter because I can't do ponytails! I can flat-iron, curl, perm, dye and even cut but, no ponytails. You see, I know my limitations. If I had a daughter, she would be at the hairdresser, weekly. With that said, I think Mel B can afford to have SOMETHING done to that child's hair! She is walking around like Angelina and letting that girl's hair look like Zahara's.

This Is Absurd!

If your man is cheating, leave his ass! He or she is not worth the jailtime! Peep this video! A hairdreser was beat up by a friend because she is cheating with the friend's man! Warning: The video is brutal! Ladies, we have got to do better!

Happy Birthday!!!!

Today Tupac would have been 38! Rest In Peace. I don't know about you but, Tupac was my all time fave MC. He could run circles around Biggie (literally). People harp on B.I.G. but, Tupac's words spoke about survival and real life. He wasn't talking about running a crack spot! The man was a visionary. "Brenda's Baby," "All Eyez On Me," "When My Homies Call" all shaped my 20's! I miss him but, most of all, I miss what he could have been. So as you go about your day, pour out a little liquor for Tupac Amaru Shakur!

Note to the tee-todlers: Pour out a little tea or juice or milk!

Another One Bites The Dust....

Michael Strahan and Nicole Murphy are off the market! According to People.com, "Strahan, 37, popped the question to Murphy (the ex-wife of actor Eddie Murphy) on a beach in the Bahamas with a stunning canary yellow and white diamond ring.

"I have a great relationship and she's a great girl," says Strahan, who is a father of four. "I don't like to talk much about my private life, but I'm really happy."
This will be the second marriage for both. They both had large alimony issues! Strahan was ordered to give his ex-wife hundreds of millions in his divorce and Nicole received $65 million in hers. They will live happily ever after! Congrats to the wonderful couple!

Bankruptcy, schmankruptcy!

I saw an article that talked about all the musicians who filed bankruptcy. It listed TLC, MC Hammer, Isaac Hayes and many more. Those were the few black entertainers but there were plenty white ones. Willie Nelson, Cyndi Lauper, Fleetwood Mac, Meatloaf, Andy Gibb and Tom Petty. It made me wonder why the black entertainers rarely bounce back. Who would have known that Willie Nelson was bankrupt? I think entertainers need to take business and finance classes. This would alleviate any improprieties! I, also, didn't like the fact that they didn't say that many times entertainers pull the bankruptcy card to break their contracts. This is what I believe TLC and Toni Braxton did.
