Should I Hate Her?

Angie Harmon has come out and said that she is not supportive of President Obama and that he is not doing a good job! She went on to say that she feels discriminated against because she is a Republican and she has these views. I have one thing to say, "Welcome to the party!" How many times were we looked at funny when we said things about President Bush in mixed company? You can have your opinion about President Obamas 100 or so days! You just need to realize that the former administration and his stellar character and reputation is the reason President Obama is in office! The war, the lies, the fleecing of America and the downright denial of wrongdoing, is what made the voters ask for "change!" Note to Angie Harmon: I am sorry you can't find work but, remember you are not the only one! Check the unemployment rates! While you bitch about your $20,000 an episode, pay being non-existent think about the people with 2 or more children that are living off a fraction of that amount! Your husband was an NFL player and I am sure he has a nest egg saved. The reason people are discriminating against Republicans is because they say stupid shit like you did! Be more sensitive to the fact that others have way less than you do! Stop being such a REPUBLICAN! I ask, "should I hate her?" No, I'll just say to her, "BITCH PLEEZ!"

What On Earth......

This is becoming too much! Should I fear going to the library? People have lost all hope! Another massacre occurred, today in New York. Read on:
"At least four people were shot and several people taken hostage Friday at an immigration services center in Binghamton, N.Y., according to police and news reports.

At least 41 hostages were in the building of the American Civic Association, The Binghamton Press & Sun Bulletin reported. Nearby apartments were being evacuated.

The condition of those shot wasn't immediately clear.

A man went into a building and started shooting, according to police scanner traffic reported by WBNG-TV. The gunman had a high-powered rifle, Mayor Matthew Ryan told the newspaper.

When the shooting started, people escaped to the basement in search of safety. More than a dozen people were hiding in a closet for more than an hour.

The American Civic Association's Web site says it helps immigrants and refugees with counseling, resettlement, citizenship, family reunification, interpreters, and translators."

Soon we will be living like people in Afghanistan! People get it together!

Follow Up!

I posted a story about BeBe Winans and a domestic assault charge pending against him. Well, a judge in the case has ruled that BeBe's former wife is NOT a credible witness in the case. In other words, the assault, itself, is in question. The charges will more than likely be thrown out. I wanted to post this follow up because too often bad stories about people circulate the web and when the person is vindicated, there is silence. Responsible journalism!

I saw this video on allhiphop.com, and I laughed my ass off! Let me set it up for you! There is a show called, "True Colors" and it is a hidden camera show. Two African American girls go to a doctors office. The one girl has an appointment with the doctor. The friend is waiting in the waiting room. The Caucasian doctor walks in and goes to a closet and reveals a KKK outfit! It gets funny then! Watch how she does her stretching in anticipation of kicking ass! "Don't make me take this wig off!" FUNNY!

Jamie Foxx and His Stalker!

There was a rumor floating around that Jamie Foxx was accosted by someone in his hotel room. Well, unlike many rumors, this has a bit of truth to it. Apparently, Jamie is in Philadelphia filming a movie. He heard a knock at his door and the person said that they were Beyonce's manager. When Jamie opened the door, he realized it wasn't who he thought it was. It was a 49 year old stalker! The stalker pushed Jamie back into the room and they fought! The stalker was scared and ran off! This all occurred on March 22nd. March 31st, Jamie's security detail spotted the man and called police. He was arrested and charged with burglary, false imprisonment, and assault. So, this means that not ALL rumors are false! Note to Jamie: Use the peephole! That's what they are there for! Glad you are okay!

This the picture that launched a million cries! Apparently, there is protocol to follow when visiting the Queen. Well, the Queen aborted the protocol! Yes, she touched the back of the First Lady, Michelle Obama, and Mrs. Obama returned the favor! Not such a big deal, right? WRONG! I am taking it in stride but, the naysayers are calling "FOUL!" People need to realize that, before their European trip, the President and The First Lady were well schooled on what NOT to do in foreign places. Therefore, if she placed a well-meant hand on the back of the Queen, she did it knowing that she could! So Back the Freak Up! If they aren't talking about her fashion, it's her practices! Behind we just had George Bush in the White House, the Obamas can do no wrong! Holla!

All Hail The Queen!

Queen Latifah celebrated her 39th birthday over the weekend. All the old school folks came out! Lil Kim, Missy Elliot, Yo-Yo and the Lady of Rage, took the stage! Not-So-Heavy D and Nas came out to support the Queen. Interestingly, Judge Mathis and his wife, Linda, were at the party! I can't figure out the connection but, they looked nice! Everyone appeared to have been having fun. Happy Belated Birthday, Dana Owens!

Why?

It seems everyday I read about a massacre on home turf! You get desensitized to human bombings in Afghanistan and Pakistan but, mass murders in the U.S.? The killings in North Carolina (at a nursing home) were still warm when a young man turned a knife on his sisters! Sadly, the mother has to bury 3 of her children and one of them happens to be the killer. read on:
"Two sisters and the brother who killed them with a kitchen knife will share a single funeral service and be buried together. Samantha Revelus, 17, and her sister, Bianca, 5, were killed at their Milton home Saturday. Police shot the girls' brother, Kerby Revelus, 23, after an officer saw him decapitate the younger girl. A surviving sister, 9-year-old Saraphina, was recovering at a Boston hospital Monday after having surgery."

Keep these families in your prayers! I pray that the economy is revived and soon. People are in despair! I think a bit of psychosis and poverty has pushed many over the edge! Pray for them.....

I am still a reality show junkie! Is there a rehab for my affliction? I'll never go! Anyhoo, last night on "Dancing With The Stars" LiL Kim and her partner Derek Hough did the damn thing! The dance was the Argentine Tango and they were the only couple to exude passion! I think that she is starting to put "real" pressure on the people that the judges want to win! Her costume, her makeup and her dance was flawless! I put the video below for your viewing pleasure! Who knew a little rapper could keep her lines and point her feet like that? Viva La LiL Kim! Resurrection Deal?

I came across this story on Yahoo news and I was appalled! A mother plead guilty to starving her son, to death, and her plea will be rescinded should her son be resurrected! Yeah, you read it right! Read on:
"Prosecutors agreed to some unusual terms to win a guilty plea from a former religious cult member charged with starving her 1-year-old son to death: If the child is resurrected, her plea will be withdrawn.

Ria Ramkissoon, 22, also agreed Monday to testify against four other members of the now-defunct religious group known as 1 Mind Ministries. All four are charged with first-degree murder in the death of Javon Thompson, whose body was kept in a suitcase packed with mothballs and fabric softener sheets long after he died.

Ramkissoon's lawyer said the resurrection clause Ramkissoon insisted on shows that she is still "brainwashed" and needs the psychological treatment that is planned as part of her sentencing.

According to a statement of facts, the cult members stopped feeding the boy when he refused to say "Amen" after a meal. After Javon died, Ramkissoon sat next to his decomposing body and prayed for his resurrection."

Brainwashed? Ya think!!!!

Slow Down!

Andre Benjamain, aka Andre 3000, was arrested this weekend for speeding! According to yahoonews: "The rapper was booked in his home state of Georgia for reportedly driving 109 mph -- 44 mph faster than the 65 mph speed limit.

Andre was taken to Henry County Jail where he took a mug shot and posted $1,200 bail. He was later released."

Class Act!

I posted a distressing story about a police officer detaining an NFL player and his family, from reaching a hospital while his mother-in-law was dying. The NFL player, Ryan Moats, has taken the high road from the beginning. I must say that he really showed class and grace under pressure. The officer, in question, issued an apology and Mr. Moats accepted. Read on:
"An NFL player said Monday he accepts the apology offered by a Dallas police officer who stopped him with a drawn gun in a hospital parking lot while his mother-in-law was dying inside.

Houston Texans running back Ryan Moats said on ABC's "Good Morning America" that he hopes Officer Robert Powell was sincere in his apology.

Powell stopped Moats' SUV outside Baylor Regional Medical Center in suburban Plano on March 18 after the vehicle rolled through a red light. Moats' wife, Tamishia, and other relatives were also in the car.

The officer pulled out his gun and threatened Moats with jail as the player pleaded to be allowed to go inside the hospital. Moats' mother-in-law died before he got there while Powell write Moats a ticket and lectured him.

Powell, who has been placed on paid leave pending an investigation, issued a statement Friday through his attorneys.

"I wish to publicly and sincerely apologize to the Moats family, my colleagues in the Dallas Police Department, and to all those who have been rightfully angered by my actions on March 18, 2009. After stopping Mr. Moats' vehicle, I showed poor judgment and insensitivity to Mr. Moats and his family by my words and actions," Powell's statement said.

Tamishia Moats said she'd like to hear the apology personally, but that she, too, would definitely accept it.

According to video from a dashboard camera inside the officer's vehicle, Tamishia Moats and another woman disregarded Powell's order to get back inside their vehicle, and they rushed into the hospital. She was by the side of her mother, 45-year-old Jonetta Collinsworth, when she died a short time later from breast cancer.

Powell yelled at Tamishia Moats to stay in the SUV.

"Excuse me, my mom is dying," Tamishia Moats said. "Do you understand?"

Ryan Moats later said the officer pointed his gun at his wife and then at him.

He explained that he waited until there was no traffic before continuing through the red light. When Powell asked for proof of insurance, Moats grew more agitated and told the officer to go find it.
