I know you are tired of hearing about Remy-Ma but, I can't let this slide. Apparently, Miss Jones (a DJ at Hot 97 in NYC) did an interview with Remy's shooting victim, Makeda Barnes-Jones. Makeda called in to set the record straight! Well, Remy-Ma, while fighting off the other "girls", heard the interview and called in to counter. T.I. Welcomes A "Major" Bundle!

T.I. ad Tameka "Tiny" Cottle (formerly of Xscape), welcomed their second son today. The infant's name is Major Harris, and he weighed in at 5 lbs., 15 oz. He is the fifth child for T.I., 27, and his second with Cottle. The couple are already parents to son King Harris, 3. Congratulations to the couple!

Charles Barkley owes $400,000 to Wynn Casino. Nevada, District Attorney David Roger said prosecutors would file a criminal complaint if Barkley didn’t pay the debt cited by the Wynn Las Vegas resort.The casino alleged in a civil complaint filed yesterday that Barkley failed to repay four $100,000 casino markers, or loans, received last October. When asked about the debt Charles said, "I ain't broke! I am taking care of the debt!" Well, hurry the hell up!

Will And Jada Can Teach Your Kids!

Well, not really! They are, however, opening a school in Calabassas, California, called New Village Academy. They promise every child a laptop and special instruction. The school will cost $12,500 for children 3rd grade to 6th grade and $11,000 for children K-2nd grade. Financial Aid will be available. I am all for new schools! Remember Marva Collins? She did wonders with the children of Chicago. Kudos to Will and Jada!

I Daught I Daw A Pretty Couple!

Look at Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon! They are glowing! They partied hearty on Tuesday at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, Calif. Nick Cannon rented out the entire theme park for a private bash for his bride and 100 of their friends. They are having fun! Leave them alone!

WTF?

Fantasia? What happened to you? OMG! She looks crazy! I absolutely hate pink hair! I especially hate it on celebs. Fantasia was on American Idol, last night, looking quite hood-rattish! No pun intended! She sang some song that was not good for her voice and jumped around like she was happy to be free! Oh Fantasia, please change that hair color. Ring Watch!

Paparrazzi is on ring watch. They are following Jay-Z and Beyonce to see if they spy a wedding ring. It must be hard to keep up with their espionage. I know I would want to sport my 30 carat ring, daily! How am I supposed to remember to take it off? Those two are working overtime just to fool the paps! Paps caught up with Kanye and Jay-Z at club Butter in NYC. This is a billion dollars walking! Kanye looks so lost since his mother's death. I hope he has surrounded himself with people who have only good intentions.

Does this look like a pregnant woman? Paps caught up with Beyonce after Kanye West's concert. On her way to dinner with the hubby, she showed some leg and disproved pregnancy rumors.

That's A Long Time!

According to TMZ.com, Remy Ma was just sentenced to 8 years in prison! Remy-Ma, real name Reminisce Smith, cried as the sentence was handed down. She said the shooting was an accident! She is appealing the verdict. Well, she has plenty of time to write her rhymes!

I Just Had To....

I had to post this picture! I know there have been alot of jokes about their relationship (some by me). Mariah looks genuinely happy. She has a man that is holding doors for her and playing the background (notice she is wearing his suit jacket). He is being a total gentlemen. She loves it! He loves her and I am rescinding my 3 month guarantee. I pray that they last forever. Nick was raised by a single mother and he loves hard and fast. That does not necessarily mean that it isn't true love. With that said, kudos to the new couple!

Almost!!!!

Halle Berry showed off her new body, last night. She is almost back to pre-baby weight. This is how she did it. Berry, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga (whose other clients, according to her Web site, include Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway). Their sessions include three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb – then also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.
In terms of diet, Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.

I lost my baby weight fixing bottles and washing clothes and working and lifting that stroller and walking to check on the baby, constantly. I did it in 2 months! Top that Ramona! It was free too!

Funny!

As you know, R. Kelly's trial has started. Well, at least, the jury is being picked. Anyhoo, a funny thing happened at the courthouse. Read on:

“The R. Kelly kiddie porn trial kicked off jury selection yesterday, but apparently the biggest issue for participants was the smell of pee – we mean, literally. Kelly “frequently held a tissue over his nose” during the nine-hour session, and even the prosecutors had to complain about the odor wafting in from the bathroom.”

Note to R. Kelly: You like people to pee on you but, you don't like the smell? Is that why you like the young girls? Because their pee still smells like milk and Kool-Aid? LOL

Jailbreak!

Remy Ma and Papoose were to be married yesterday at Riker's Island. She is there serving time for shooting her friend in the stomach, last year. The wedding was halted due to a stupid mistake. Read on:
“A wedding was scheduled today and a visitor to that wedding service was found to be in possession of jail contraband so the wedding was canceled. The key that was found today easily opened handcuffs that we and other law enforcement officials use. Now the 29-year-old Brooklyn-born Papoose - real name Shamele Mackie - won’t be able to see his fiancée until November.
The visitor was sanctioned by not being able to visit Rikers Island again for six months.He was asked to leave. Papoose was not charged after he voluntarily surrendered the key to authorities. He was quickly ushered out of the jail and never got to enter the prison island’s Rose M. Singer chapel in which the two were set to say their “I do’s.”

Note to Papoose: Next time put a chisel and saw in the wedding cake! LOL Doofus!

Where Is Her Mama?

17-year-old Marche Taylor, showed up at her Senior prom in this get-up! She was told to leave and she put up a fight. She was subsequently handcuffed and given a choice. Either you leave peacefully or you get arrested. The dress code,clearly, states that only 3 inches of the midriff can be shown. It had other stipulations but she ignored them. My question is: Who thought that dress was appropriate? I watched this on CNN and I was repulsed! Not shocked! Repulsed! I wasn't shocked because she was tattooed and pierced all over the place. Therefore, somebody is allowing her to do whatever she wants. I wonder what college she's attending after graduation? Stripper U?

"You Got Knocked The F___K Out!

Finally, Suge Knight has met his match. He got into an argument with a man and the man clocked him. Here is a picture of Suge being helped from the club. As you can see he is bloody and dirty. LOL In case you are wondering, after Suge was out for three minutes or so, the man was beat by Suge's henchmen.

Halle Berry (a new mother this year) came out and walked for the Entertainment Industry Foundation Revlon Run/Walk for Women at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Looking good and staying healthy, I see.
