I don't want to put you on Tyler Perry overload but, he has a new movie coming out! It's called "I Can Do Bad All By Myself." If you are a fan of Taraji P. The Jackson Four?

I knew this was gonna happen! As soon as Michael Jackson passed, people are now claiming to have been his lovechild! The lastest is a 25 year old aspiting rapper named Omar Bhatti. The young man sort of resembles Michael Jackson which makes me believe he can't possibly be his child! If the boy was brown skinned and had a full nose and acne, perhaps I'd believe it! i find it far-fetched to think that Michael was able to find partners that had all the facial features that he bought! i.e. the cleft chin, thin nose and jawline. A Big Decision...

A big decision came down today. family court judge has awarded Kelis $44,000 a month in child support. As you may know, Kelis gave birth to a 7.8lb baby boy yesterday. The baby was named Knight. Cute name! Well, sometimes it's cheaper to keep her! I still hold out faith that this couple will reconcile. Knight is the first child for Kelis and the second for Nas, 35, who has a 15-year-old daughter, Destiny, from a previous relationship.

As addicted to shopping as I am, I don't think I'd want to be the sister of a megastar! No offense to my sister but, look at the picture! Solange went and cut off all her hair! If this isn't a cry for help what is it? Note to Solange: Yes, this will help you sell albums. Yes, people will respect your work. Will you be as big as Beyonce? I think not but, keep trying.

Black, White Or Both?

I saw a snippet of a video documentary about bi-racial folks and their feelings. It was called "Bi-racial: Not Black Dammit!" I felt sad that these people felt that they didn't want to identify with only being black. Sadly, they will never be only white but, they could be accepted as only black. Good News!

All 65 children denied access to a Philly private swim club will be treated to Walt Disney World by Tyler Perry! Wonderful! Just a suggestion, perhaps more will be served if a recreation center with a pool is built in Philly! Just a thought....

Beastie Boys Hiatus!

The Beastie Boys have postponed the release of their new album for health reasons. Adam "MCA" Yauch has been diagnosed with an operable tumor behind his parotid gland (salivary gland). Surgery is required but the cancer is treatable. Keep the group in your prayers. Read the rest of the story here.
