Marriage is just paper work, isn't it? And isn't a family made up of people you love? There are millions of gay people all over the world who would beg to differ with anonymous' comment above. Not to mention a lot of straight people, namely Angelina and Brad, Goldie and Kurt, Susan Sarrandon and Tim Robbins. I think they would all be surprised to learn that they are not a family.
