Police recommended Monday that singer, Brandy, be chareged with a single count of Vehicular Manslaughter. As I reported last week, Brandy caused a four car collision on December 30, 2006. There was one fatality. Brandy has released a statement expressing her sorrow for the family of the deceased, and asked for privacy for them both.

Hey Tluv, I read that she was charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. I guess this involves less jail time than felony vehicular manslaughter. She could get 1 year in jail for this. I don't think this is right. If she caused the crash that resulted in someone dying, shouldn't it be a felony? I don't know. I'm not a lawyer.
