I have to say the young people brought their A-game to the boring VMA's tonight. Yet, there were still some who didn't get the memo! The Best Dressed award (in my book) goes to Rihanna. Her fuschia strapless gown was on point! Kudos to Rihanna! The Worst Dressed award (again in my book) goes to Lil Mama! WTF? Her satin baby get-up was an eyesore! Somebody told her WRONG! Well, she's young! She'll look back at these pictures and slap whoever told her to wear it!
