Lil Wayne was scheduled to perform last night in North Carolina but didn't show up! Apparently, the school cancelled the concert last month and Weezy's people made some different security arrangements. I guess everybody didn't get the message. The 4,000 seat auditorium was sparsely filled and Weezy said "no go!" The people who showed up are pissed and there have been no refunds, yet! Get it together, Mr. Carter!
