Shayla Smith, the 24 year old lady that was hit in the face by DaBrat is suffering from amnesia! According to mediatakeout.com, she suffered lacerations and needs surgery but has no memory of the altercation. Patrons of the bar are being less than forthcoming, also. If there are no witnesses, DaBrat can go free! I smell a payoff!
