Rocsi from "106 & Park" had a birthday bash last night. Why is she dressed for the prom? Either she didn't get the memo or everybody else didn't get the memo! Look at the people in the back! They are wearing leggings and she has a formal dress on and a mink! Even Terrence didn't dress up! She looks crazy!

i love her dress its cute, i think she wanted to stand out it is her day...and she did just that stood out...cuz aint NObody dress up if she wanted ppl to dress like they were going to a ball she should have told them....and why the meek, thats doing to much
