Okay, Kelly Rowland has admitted to having breast implants. I don't blame her! She did it tastefully. Unlike Pamela Anderson, she didn't go and get DD's. She went from a -A to a B. Trust, if you saw her before you would have thought she had two mosquito bites! I say, "Go Gurl!"
