I posted a story about BeBe Winans and a domestic assault charge pending against him. Well, a judge in the case has ruled that BeBe's former wife is NOT a credible witness in the case. In other words, the assault, itself, is in question. The charges will more than likely be thrown out. I wanted to post this follow up because too often bad stories about people circulate the web and when the person is vindicated, there is silence. Responsible journalism!

Yeah, I don't know if he laid hands on her but, the judge doesn't believe her! I wanted to be a fair blogger! If someone is accused of something it is our obligation to tell the outcome! Ya know? I don't want to make a villain of someone who got acquitted.
