Once again Taye Diggs is showless! ABC has cancelled "Daybreak." I never watched the show, and apparently you didn't either. When are we going to get quality black shows? Note to Producers: If Taye looked like that picture, he may be worth watching!

Wow! That's too bad about Taye's show. As I've mentioned here before, I watched most of the 2-hour pilot episode and I was confused. The premise of the show just seemed so convoluted, who could keep up? That show confused you more than "Lost," which I've never watched.
But I think part of the reason the show was cancelled is because a lot of people don't want to see black actors in dramatic roles on TV. They like us on sit-coms where they can laugh at us and not feel like jerks because, hey, they're supposed to laugh.
But put a black man on a show that makes you work to understand it? Poor Mr. Diggs was doomed from the start.
Maybe he should just join the cast of "ER" or "Boston Legal." Or maybe he could join "Grey's Anatomy." Yeah, they could call him, "McBrother."
