Queen Latifah appeared on the Ellen show Monday. Queen plans to adopt children. She says she wants 16 babies. Sh also said she plans to adopt from the Unitd States. She said, "No offense to anyone but, thre are too many children, in the hood, that need homes." Kudos to the Queen! Say It Louder! I understand that there are atrocities everywhere but, charity starts at home!

I understand what you're saying. And I don't know if Queen Lafifah wants to adopt newborns. But if she wants to adopt an American black newborn baby (or newborn of color) her chances are pretty slim. Believe me, I've looked into it. You can find plenty of black crack babies or aids babies or handicapped babies, but a healthy black newborn is hard to come by. And I'm black, so don't get offended.
