Thanks to TMZ, the case against Chris Brown may be dismissed. Mark Geragos, Brown's attorney, told the court that because of the leaked photo there the case should be dismissed. The photo, allegedly, corrupted any jury pool. There is an investigation into how TMZ got the photo. If the LAPD leaked that photo, there will be grounds for a dismissal. Funny, TMZ said they leaked the photo to show that domestic violence did occur but, they may have help an offender escape jail. Idiots! Does it sound like I dilike TMZ? GOOD!

I feel ya T about TMZ. They had the nerve to put 41 pics up from Xzibit's party in Vegas while telltailing his money woes. WHATEVAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
