People are up in arms about the health care reform bill. Is jail worth your rants? A 51 year old man in Hagerstown,MD was detained by Secret Service for a "Death To Obama" sign. The sign also said, "Death To Michelle And Her 2 Stupid Kids!" WTF? What did Michelle and their children do to him? This bill is not that serious! I think his signs had nothing to do with the bill! This man is still sore that Obama became President! Why are these racists hiding behind this bill? Majority of them have no healthcare, themselves! These are the trailerpark and menial job dwellers! Personally, I didn't like Bush but, I wasn't going to jail because of it! File this man under: "DUMBASS 2009"

I don't think Obama and family have anything to fear from this particular idiot. His entire presentation (including his sign) screams Walmart, bargain basement. Lee Harvey Oswald or Timothy McVeigh he ain't, even with the gun.
But the sentiment he's expressing may be acted upon by people with more motivation and even less to lose.
And that's what his goal is, IMO. Knowing that he'll never get anywhere near the president, he also knows that the media will televise or report about his presence and his stupid sign.
The media needs to stop giving a forum to these disturbed malcontents because they are just giving ideas to other Obama-haters, inspiring them to go a bit further.
Reporters can make the secret service aware of the presence of these kooks without broadcasting their kooky stupidity on every network in the country.
Protecting the president should trump scooping the competition.
