As if we needed more proof that he is on SOMETHING, Tracy Morgan was arrested, early Tuesday morning, for driving under the influence. He was already on probation from a DUI charge in December. I wanna know what the influence was. Yall know the man is STRANGE. Note to readers: Don't drink and drive, drink and WALK! I refuse to post any of the foolish pictures he normally poses for.
