People magazine confirms that Eva Longoria and boyfriend, Tony Parker are engaged!! Parker, a point guard for the San Antonio Spurs, surprised her at her home with the proposal. The couple will wed next year in France. And divorce next year in the States. No, I'm kidding! That was mean. Anyhoo, the wedding will be a big celebration of friends and family.
